Cancellation & Refund

1. Advance Booking & Initiation Deposits

When a client signs a service scope with Jai Shree Nath Ji Infomedia and submits an advance payment (typically 50% to initialize the project), we immediately allocate design teams, technical architects, and cloud server nodes. Therefore, initiation deposits are 100% non-refundable once design wireframes have been created or coding development begins.

2. Milestone Payments

Our projects progress under active client reviews. Before moving from one phase to the next (e.g. from Figma UI/UX layout to HTML/CSS frontend templates, or from frontend to database/logic configuration), the client reviews and approves the work. Once a milestone is approved and its corresponding payment cleared, no refunds are issued for that completed phase.

3. Project Cancellation Policy

If a client decides to cancel the project midway, they must submit a formal notice via email. Upon cancellation:

• Any hours logged or tasks finished beyond the latest cleared milestone will be computed.
• If the logged work value is less than the advance payment, the remaining balance is non-refundable but can be adjusted as a credit coupon for future services.
• If the logged work value exceeds the payments received, the client will receive an invoice for the difference which must be cleared before termination.

4. Third-Party Payments Exclusions

Payments made directly or through JSNJ Infomedia to third-party providers (such as domain registry names, premium SSL certificate keys, AWS cloud instances, custom database hosting plans, or premium web plugins/themes) are **100% non-refundable**. We have no control over the refund policies of these external vendors.

5. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Marketing Campaigns

SEO consulting and digital marketing are recurring, labor-intensive consulting services. Rankings and digital metrics depend on external search engine crawlers (Google algorithms) and ad platforms (Google/Facebook Ads). JSNJ Infomedia does not guarantee specific ranking spots and does not offer refunds for monthly SEO retainers or active ad spent allocations once the monthly campaign is initialized.
