Jai Shree Nath Ji Infomedia Pvt. Ltd. follows standard policies and terms of service. These are mandatory for signing up with us and using our hosting services. Kindly read them carefully and agree before signing up. We reserve the right to modify policies at any time to ensure client security and service quality.
Jai Shree Nath Ji Infomedia Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to change prices or services of packages anytime. Updated pricing will apply to new deals, while existing orders before the update will remain under the old pricing. Information on our site may be updated without prior notice.
Accounts will be set up only after receipt and confirmation of payment, subject to verification. Providing accurate details is the client’s responsibility. Incorrect or incomplete details may delay account setup.
- Reactivation of cancelled accounts will incur Rs. 5000 as administrative fee.
- Overdue accounts (7 days) lose technical support.
- After 14 days overdue, accounts and services will be suspended.
- After 30 days overdue, accounts, websites, and data will be deleted permanently.
- Chargebacks or payment reversals will lead to termination and deletion of all services.
Jai Shree Nath Ji Infomedia Pvt. Ltd. follows a zero-tolerance policy towards spam. Any violation, including unsolicited bulk emails, may result in termination and penalties. Clients and resellers are fully responsible for ensuring their networks comply with this policy.
Illegal activities, copyright infringement, security breaches, pornography, malicious programs, and other prohibited actions are strictly not allowed. Violation may result in termination of services, legal action, or both.
Clients are solely responsible for maintaining backups of their data. Jai Shree Nath Ji Infomedia Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any loss of data. Limited weekly backups may be taken only for server restoration.
- All payments must be made in favour of "Jai Shree Nath Ji Infomedia Pvt. Ltd." only.
- We do not authorize third parties to collect payments.
- Once an order is placed and the project is started, no refund will be issued under
any circumstances.
- Projects cannot be cancelled once processing begins.
Any disputes related to Jai Shree Nath Ji Infomedia Pvt. Ltd. will fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Charkhi, Dadri Haryana, India, governed by the applicable laws of India.
Information provided by clients will be used as per legal requirements. Data will not be shared with external organizations without consent, except for internal use across our ventures. Modification or deletion of data will be done upon written request.
