Digital Platform Implementation for Himani Transport

Digital Platform Implementation for Himani Transport

Project Details

JSNJ Infomedia developed a responsive web platform for Himani Transport covering multi-city road transport, truck & trailer bookings, fleet tracking and streamlined logistics.

Himani Transport, a well-established logistics and road-transport service provider, commissioned JSNJ Infomedia to build a full-fledged digital presence to modernize their operations and service experience. The goal was to unify their multi-city transport services (truck, trailer, full & part-load) under a sleek, responsive web portal and to enable both end-customers and internal teams to engage more efficiently.

Challenges:

  • Existing website lacked mobile-optimization and service branching access from multiple Indian states.

  • Manual booking & dispatch processes caused customer delays and limited visibility into available fleet.

  • The client needed SEO-friendly routing for “truck transport”, “container transport”, “full truck load” across cities to drive organic enquiries.

Solution & Features Implemented:

  • Developed a modern responsive front-end using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6) and integrated with a PHP/MySQL backend to manage bookings and fleet assignments.

  • Created a dynamic service booking module: users can choose pickup and drop-cities, vehicle type (truck/trailer/container), goods type and load size, upload supporting documents and receive instant estimated quotations.

  • Admin portal for Himani Transport’s staff to view orders, assign vehicles & drivers, track status updates and generate reports on fleet utilization.

  • Implemented a fleet tracking integration (via GPS feeds) and live status updates on the customer panel, increasing transparency.

  • Designed an SEO-optimized site architecture: dedicated city–service pages (e.g., “Truck Transport Delhi to Mumbai”), structured data for service area, meta tags and mobile-friendly markup.

  • Ensured strong performance and fast-load times, especially on mobile networks, by applying image compression, lazy-loading and caching strategies.

Outcome & Business Value:

  • Himani Transport now handles increased online booking volumes with significantly reduced manual intervention.

  • Mobile enquiries rose by ~45% within the first month of launch, improving customer engagement.

  • Improved visibility across major routes helped the client capture traffic for keywords like “full truck load Delhi”, “container transport India”.

  • The internal staff dashboard cut dispatch-planning time by nearly 30%, freeing staff to focus on customer service and logistics coordination.
